Server is completely fucked up!

OK I amm back and i decide have the great ideia make a mako afternnon with help of all we got 22 ppl in server.

Server that that is FUCKEN LAGGY sersly impossible to play idk what cne add but it sucks not his fault he is doing his best but it sucks . If u guys want a server my advice is asking help to TCE members like Patrao and Skye I really got suprise after so much time teh server cant support 20 people lagging as fuck .

And that sounds of RAGE QUIT ARE ANNOYING!

The lagg part might be because everyone on the server had 100 + latency. But some plugins might be causing it too. The best way to avoid it is to keep the server as simple as possible, without any ads, rage quits, anything...
